We appreciate your curiosity regarding Rubamin’s activities with regards to REACH, the new European Chemicals Regulation.

Rubamin has been closely following the developments under the REACH Legislation and supports the basic objective underlying the initiative of the European Commission.

Preparations underway
Rubamin manufactures a number of products that are now subject to the REACH Regulation. We have identified substances for REACH registration and have completed the pre-registration stage. We will consider the end use of our substances and will contact all our business partners to clarify the areas of application.

Our Assurance
Since the pre-registration process has no means of verification, we want to provide the assurance of our intentions of supplying REACH compliant substances to the downstream users.

We are committed to our customers and believe in producing best in the class products with focus on Environment, Health and Safety. We are prepared to ensure product availability while shouldering the responsibilities for the REACH compliance which is just an extension of our belief.
