Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Louisville, Kentucky, USA. He has worked in senior positions in India and the US, and retired as the Managing Director of HOEC.

Dr. Radhanath Prasad Das – Independent Director
Internationally known metallurgical engineer. He is a B. Tech and M. Tech from IIT, Bombay and a Ph.D from Pennsylvania State University, USA.

Naren Aneja-Independent Director
A CA, ICWA and an MBA from Wharton. He is a leading management consultant based in Mumbai.

Sumit Chandwani - Independent Director
Management expert with engineering background having done his PGDM from IIM, Bangalore, he has rich experience of more than 15 years in corporate world. He holds Board positions in various well known companies.
